Client & Sales: Understand client needs, recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, general), customize plans, and manage client relationships. Policy Management: Handle policy renewals, cancellations, and documentation; ensure policy details align with client goals. Claims & Support: Process claims, liaise with providers (TPAs), resolve issues, and provide ongoing policyholder support. Risk & Compliance: Analyze risks, ensure adherence to regulations, and prepare reports on policies, claims, and market trends. Administration: Maintain accurate records, update patient/client information, and assist with billing/discharge (in healthcare settings).
