Job Description

Job Title: Insurance Executive / Insurance Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • This is a back-office, desk-based role involving administrative, documentation, coordination, and reporting activities only.
  • Handle day-to-day insurance administration work, including policy documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Draft and send official emails, letters, and insurance-related correspondence to insurance companies, brokers, and internal departments.
  • Prepare and maintain insurance documents, policy schedules, endorsements, claims papers, and renewal records with proper traceability.
  • Maintain insurance data and trackers in MS Excel, including policy details, premium status, renewal dates, and claims status.
  • Prepare MIS reports, summaries, and comparative statements using Excel.
  • Monitor policy renewal timelines and ensure timely follow-up to avoid lapses.
  • Support audits by providing required insurance documents and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to HOD/management for insurance-related matters
