We are looking for a motivated and confident CSO to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, sell products/services, or provide customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers or prospects and promote company products or services.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries or complaints.
Generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations when required.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Provide information clearly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales team and provide feedback from customers.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass or graduate degree.
01 years of experience in tele calling, telecalls, or customer support.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
Ability to remain calm and handle rejections or complaints professionally.
