Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruit and manage a team of financial advisors/agents
Support advisors through onboarding, training, and regular engagement
Train advisors on using the Turtlemint app to serve customers efficiently
Drive performance and productivity with a strong focus on renewals
Meet monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
Ensure compliance and uphold business standards
Explore new methods to grow sales and expand market
Promote and distribute insurance (Life, Health, Motor) and financial products (Loans, Credit Cards, NPS, etc.)
Knowledge of insurance and financial products is preferred
Familiarity with Life, Health, and Motor insurance is a plus
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
