Insurance Business Development Manager

As a Financial Services Team Manager, your primary responsibility will be to recruit and lead a team of financial advisors/agents. You will provide support to advisors through onboarding processes, continuous training, and regular engagement to ensure their success. Your role will involve training advisors on utilizing the Turtlemint app effectively to serve customers and drive performance with a strong emphasis on renewals. Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets will be crucial in this position. You will be required to maintain compliance with regulations and uphold business standards at all times. Exploring innovative strategies to boost sales and expand market reach will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting and distributing a range of insurance products (Life, Health, Motor) as well as financial products such as Loans, Credit Cards, and NPS. While prior knowledge of insurance and financial products is advantageous, familiarity with Life, Health, and Motor insurance will be considered a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective team management and collaboration.
