Job Responsibilities

Design and specification of field instrumentation, control valves, analysers, and safety systems (SIS).
Develop and review key engineering deliverables: Instrument Index, I/O Lists, Loop Diagrams, Cable Schedules, Datasheets, and Control Narratives.
Configure and integrate DCS, PLC, SCADA, and SIS systems
Perform system architecture design for control and communication networks.
Ensure compliance with Canadian engineering codes and international standards (ISA, CSA, NFPA, IEC, API).
Coordinate with process, electrical, and mechanical disciplines to ensure integrated design.
Review and approve vendor documents, FAT procedures, and test protocols.
Provide technical support for procurement, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Participate in HAZOP, SIL verification, and control system safety analysis.
