Job Description

Work closely with the HR Systems and Integrations Manager to execute the system assessment and integration strategy.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of local HR systems, including their functionality, data requirements, and user base.

Collaborate directly with local HR and IT teams to gather and document system information.

  • Support the critical review process on whether to decommission a system, implement an automated integration, or establish a manual data process.
  • Assist in the creation of detailed data flow diagrams and technical specifications for integrations between Workday and local systems.

Support the decommissioning process for systems that are no longer needed, ensuring data archival and secure system retirement.

Track current costs of systems and any potential savings through the migration to Workday.

  • Identify and document data requirements for manual data processes where automated integrations are not feasible.

Provide clear and transparent updates on progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Support the testing of integrations to ensure data accuracy and process reliability.

  • Contribute to project reporting and documentation.

Ensure all integration and data processes comply with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

skills and knowledge

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a large-scale, global HR technology implementation.

Knowledge of HR processes and systems, with a focus on Workday.

Experience with system integrations, data migration, and project management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and business functions.

Ability to think through and solve complex problems.

Knowledge of GDPR and global HR data privacy. Adept at risk identification, mitigation, and secure handling of sensitive employee data.
