📌 Job Title: Instructor – Generative AI for Functional Teams 📍 Location: Remote / Live-Online 🕒 Engagement Type: Part-Time / Project-Based (3-Day Masterclass + Content Development) About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Instructor to lead a live-online Generative AI Masterclass tailored for cross-functional business teams. This hybrid learning experience includes self-paced introductory modules followed by a 3-day immersive live masterclass (3 hours/day), focusing on real-world, AI-powered productivity use cases with Microsoft 365 Copilot. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of generative AI, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, and a knack for delivering learning experiences to non-technical professionals in domains like HR, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations. Key Responsibilities Deliver a 3-day live masterclass (3 hours/day) for a diverse audience of working professionals. Design and record short self-paced learning modules covering AI fundamentals, generative AI, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Demonstrate practical use of Microsoft 365 Copilot tools across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams . Customize examples and exercises for different business functions like Marketing, HR, Finance, and Sales . Explain AI concepts in a non-technical, relatable manner tailored to the needs of business professionals. Facilitate interactive sessions , hands-on exercises, and real-time problem-solving using AI tools. Address ethical, responsible AI practices and promote an innovation-driven workplace mindset. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency between recorded and live content . Must-Have Qualifications In-depth knowledge of Generative AI tools and Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) in real-world business applications. Experience in corporate training or professional development for non-technical audiences . Ability to contextualize AI applications for varied departments (e.g., HR analytics, marketing content creation, financial modeling). Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in a live online setting. Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-enhanced workflow design. Good-to-Have Skills Prior experience working with or within cross-functional business teams . Exposure to instructional design or digital content creation tools.
