Role & responsibilities A. Principal thrust area: a. To prepare Manuals, Instructions, and Video Scripts for CCPL products explaining how to use them. b. Validation of the documentation individually in front of the product from the users perspective. c. Verify documentation with technical and non-technical associates to check whether it is clear and easy to understand. Update them based on feedback. d. Ensure alignment of text with photos and use of consistent terminology. Use correct grammar and spelling. e. Coordinate and supervise Photography and Videography by professionals. Should be able to do basic photography and video shooting. Should be able to do basic photo and video editing or willing to learn same. f. Write scripts for videos and get videos made for new & existing products. g. Timely update the style guide and follow for consistency in documentation. h. Work in collaboration with documentation and marketing associates at our USA office. i. Explore the latest trends in documentation and collaborate with third-party experts. C. Competencies: C1. Technical Competencies: a. Competent in Technical Content writing. b. Good in planning & prioritizing work. c. Quick learner for understanding the equipment functions. d.
