Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation:

  Design learning materials such as product catalogs, step-by-step guides, videos, and training decks to support service professionals.

• Knowledge Translation:

  Simplify complex product and process knowledge into clear, practical resources.

• Training Enablement:

  Partner with the training team to ensure materials are effective for onboarding and upskilling service professionals.

• Communication:

  Develop crisp, engaging content for professional updates, guidelines, and best practices.

• Quality Alignment:

  Ensure all content reflects UC’s quality standards and customer-first promise.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Gather feedback from trainers, professionals, and customers to keep content relevant and impactful.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (written & visual).
• Creative ability to design engaging and easy-to-understand content.
• Curiosity and willingness to deep-dive into products and processes.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (quality, training, operations).
• Comfort with tools like MS Office / Google Suite, design/video tools.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with high ownership.
