Job Description

Overview:

Instructional Designer

What You’ll Do:

Designing and developing e-learning courses using authoring tools like Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
Collaborating with SMEs to gather course content and ensure accuracy
Creating multimedia elements, including animations, videos, and graphics, to enhance user experience
Designing learning experiences tailored to learning objectives and adult learning principles
Crafting storyboards that map out the flow and functionality of e-learning modules
Testing courses for functionality across different formats and devices
Updating and revising courses based on feedback and emerging training needs
Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader training objectives

Eligibility Criteria:

A bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Information Technology, Mass Communication or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline etc. Additionally, skills in video editing, graphic design, and project management can be an added advantage
3 yrs+ of experience preferred
Preferrred Industries Healthcare, Education, BFSI, Edtech.
