Join our team! We are currently hiring for the role of Instructional designer at Naukri.com vertical.

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer (3+ years) with strong skills in instructional design, project management, and e-learning development. The role involves creating both instructor-led and self-paced learning solutions using adult learning principles.

Role & Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging e-learning modules for our LMS using any authoring tool (iSpring Suite, Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
Create SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses, interactivities, assessments and multimedia elements.
Plan, storyboard and produce end-to-end training videos (recording, editing, motion graphics, voiceover integration).
Design responsive microsites/landing pages for training content using HTML/CSS/JavaScript or CMS tools.
Collaborate with trainers and stakeholders to translate learning needs into high-impact digital content.
Test and upload content to the LMS ensuring quality, accessibility and usability.
