Instructional Designer

Role: Instructional Designer (Quality & Training / L&D)

creating engaging digital learning content

What youll do:

• Understand training needs by working with

  SMEs, trainers, and business teams

• Design and develop

  e-learning courses, videos, microlearning, job aids, and assessments

• Use

  modern tools

  like Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, and

  AI-based learning tools

• Create structured learning plans, quizzes, and evaluations
  
• Update and improve training content based on

  feedback, data, and business changes

• Support

  new hire onboarding

  and ongoing employee upskilling
• Work closely with

  India, US, and Philippines teams

• Occasionally support

  train-the-trainer sessions

Who were looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in

  Instructional Design / eLearning / Content Development

• Good understanding of

  adult learning principles

  (ADDIE, Blooms, etc.)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
  
• Comfortable working with

  LMS platforms

  and digital tools
• Experience in

  US healthcare

  is a plus (not mandatory)

Work details:

• Flexible shifts; may need to support

  US hours during critical phases

• Open to night shifts when required (with business support)
  
• Hybrid/remote collaboration with global teams
  

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, Healthcare, or related field
  
• Relevant certifications are a plus
