Instructional Designer

Job Title:

Omni-Bridge Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer with 3-5 years of experience in designing engaging digital learning solutions and supporting end-to-end learning development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather training requirements and perform basic training needs analysis with stakeholders.
  
• Design instructional content for eLearning, blended learning, microlearning and gamified modules.
  
• Develop storyboards, assessments and interactive learning content.
  
• Collaborate with SMEs, developers and internal teams to deliver learning solutions.
  
• Support quality checks and ensure consistency across learning deliverables.
  
• Ensure courses meet SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS compatibility.
  
• Apply basic UX and accessibility guidelines in learning design.
  
• Contribute ideas for innovation using emerging learning technologies.
  

Technical Skills

• Authoring Tools:

  Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond.

• Standards:

  SCORM, xAPI, basic knowledge of WCAG/Section 508.

• LMS:

  Moodle, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Docebo (any one or more).

• Web Basics:

  HTML5, CSS (basic knowledge).

• Multimedia:

  Photoshop, Illustrator (basic video-editing knowledge is a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or a related field.
  
• Hands-on experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
  
• Working knowledge of ADDIE, SAM and Blooms Taxonomy.
  
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
