Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the institutional and bulk sales division for a leading manufacturer in the agri-inputs industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and connecting with potential clients interested in white labeling pesticide/chemical products and bulk purchasing - Building and managing a pipeline of B2B clients across India - Representing the company's product range, manufacturing capabilities, and compliance strengths - Closing high-ticket deals through strong negotiation and relationship management - Coordinating internally for formulation alignment, packaging customizations, and logistics - Regularly updating CRM, client status, and sales funnel progress To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 4-10 years of institutional or B2B sales experience in agri-inputs, chemicals, or FMCG - Proven network of buyers, bulk importers/distributors, or private label brands - Strong understanding of white labeling, OEM, or contract manufacturing processes - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Willingness to travel or manage national-level accounts virtually - Proficiency in Hindi & English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus),
