Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Project Sales & Business Development: Identify potential commercial, government projects for product specification and sales. Generate leads through market mapping, cold calling, site visits, and referrals. Build long-term relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers. Client Handling & Relationship Management: Meet and exceed sales targets through solution-based selling. Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, designs, and delivery timelines. Provide timely feedback and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor products. Share insights with the marketing and product team for continuous improvement. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client meetings, project status, and pipeline in CRM or Excel. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and submit to reporting manager. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and invoicing.
