🚨 #HIRING ALERT 🚨 💼 Position: Institutional Project Manager – Solar Projects 📍 Location: Guwahati, Assam 🏢 Company: Eastvolt Energy Private Limited We are looking for a proactive and organized Institutional Project Manager to lead our institutional solar energy projects , manage a team of 3 Engineers and 8 Technicians and ensure smooth end-to-end execution with a focus on quality, timelines and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Lead planning, execution, and delivery of solar projects for institutions ✅ Conduct site visits, feasibility checks, and coordinate technical design ✅ Manage cross-functional teams using tools like Google Sheets, Google Calendar & Google Meet ✅ Monitor procurement, vendor coordination, budgeting & client communication ✅ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Preferred Qualifications: 🔹 B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical or Energy Engineering 🔹 3–5 years of experience in institutional or commercial solar project execution 🔹 Familiarity with solar design & survey tools like Helioscope, PVSOL, SolarDesignTool or similar 🔹 Good knowledge of MNRE, DISCOM and net metering documentation 🔹 Strong leadership, problem-solving and reporting skills 💰 Salary: As per industry standards – Negotiable based on experience and skillset 💡 Experience with Google Workspace tools for task tracking, scheduling, location mapping and virtual team coordination is a plus.
