Position: Installation & Service Engineer


Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Type: Full-time


Role Overview


We are looking for a skilled Installation & Service Engineer


Key Responsibilities

  • Install and commission manufacturing automation systems at client sites
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
  • Provide field service, maintenance, and repair for installed systems
  • Program and configure PLCs and HMIs
  • Handle integration tasks involving industrial cameras and printers
  • Interpret and work with CSV (Computer System Validation) documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless implementation
  • Offer training and technical guidance to end-users


Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field)
  • Hands-on experience with

    industrial printers, machine vision cameras, PLCs, and HMI programming

  • Strong understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV)

    processes
  • Prior experience in a field service or installation role in the automation or manufacturing domain
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel to client locations as required
