Installation & Service Engineer

As an Installation & Service Engineer at our company, your role will involve providing technical support, conducting installations, and ensuring the smooth operation of machinery at customer sites. You will be responsible for installing and commissioning new machines, training operators and service teams, providing technical support, conducting safety inspections, and preparing service reports. Your ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Install and commission new machines at customer locations. - Train operators and service teams on machine operation and maintenance. - Provide technical support and resolve on-site malfunctions. - Conduct safety inspections and ensure proper maintenance of equipment. - Prepare service reports, pre-installation checklists, and installation documents. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. - Ensure adherence to safety standards and troubleshoot issues efficiently. - Travel as required to customer sites. Qualifications: - Education: BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. - Experience: 2 years in Food Grain Industries. - Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language is preferred. In this role, you will need strong mechanical or electrical skills, clear communication abilities, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and proficiency in using computers for reporting and technical documentation. Your knowledge of basic electronics for color sorter systems will be beneficial for this position.
