Installation & Service Engineer

As an Installation & Service Engineer at M-TRANS DIGITAL PRIVATE LTD in KOCHI, your role will involve installing, configuring, and servicing company products at client locations. You will be responsible for technical support, maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Install and configure equipment/products at customer sites. - Perform routine maintenance, repair, and servicing. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions. - Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers. - Coordinate with the internal team for material requirements and technical guidance. - Educate customers on product usage and basic troubleshooting. - Follow company safety guidelines and maintain service tools/equipment. - Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and service calls. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical. - 03 years of experience in installation/servicing (freshers can also apply). - Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, wiring, and tools. - Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. - Willingness to travel to customer locations. - Good communication and customer-handling skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
