Job Description

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

10+ years inspection experience in reputed Oil & Gas, Petrochemical domain industry with one or more API inspection certifications (API 510, 570, 653).

Working knowledge of stationary equipment inspection codes and standards (API 510, 570, 653, ASME B&PV Sec VIII and B31.3)

Knowledge of API RP 580 and 581

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in Developing of corrosion systems and corrosion loops or circuits (new and existing units) on PFD and PID.

Reviews inspection data and assists RBI evergreening or corrosion study validation.

Supports thickness monitoring and inspection management programs (new implementations and updating analysis/records).

Assists with inspection and repair deferrals.

CML review on Inspection ISOs for static equipment and Piping and CML optimization

Review, prepare and modification of Inspection plans for the plant assets.

RBI Results study and implementation of recommendations by any Software in inspection plans.

ability to prepare and interpret Inspection reports of different equipment and piping with details such as key findings of equipment.

Ensures that non-conformance reports (NCR) are created and tracked to completion for inspection findings and deficiencies.

Experience in different Integrity data management systems (IDMS) like PCMS, GE APM Meridium, Capestone, is added advantage.

Thorough knowledge in ASME Codes, API Codes (API 510, 570 and 653), NACE documents and industry best practices on Corrosion and Materials

Provides consultations for mechanical integrity compliance or inspection technology

Supports the pressure relief device inspection optimization activities.
