Job Description

Join the Global Know Your Customer organization as a Vice President and play a pivotal role in shaping global standards. Lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Make a significant impact by enhancing compliance processes and building strong stakeholder relationships.

As a Vice President in the Global KYC QA Testing team, you manage a regional staff across multiple Lines of Business, ensuring robust oversight of KYC testers and day-to-day testing operations. You provide business support to the Global KYC Functional Lead, focusing on developing Business Health Metrics and improving end-to-end testing processes. You utilize your coaching and mentoring skills to drive team performance and achieve organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage a regional team of KYC subject matter experts, providing coaching and guidance
  • Motivate individual and team performance, developing top talent and succession plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders
  • Implement actionable Global Business Health metrics (KPIs)
  • Enforce a dynamic control and compliance environment, mitigating risk
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the KYC QA testing cycle
  • Provide feedback to Lines of Business, highlighting material error trends
  • Identify opportunities to enhance end-to-end testing processes
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for team development
  • Communicate complex AML policy and compliance requirements effectively
  • Support continuous learning and improvement within the team
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Demonstrate strong client focus and interpersonal leadership skills
  • Communicate complex AML policy, regulations, and compliance requirements clearly
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Support and lead a high-impact team to achieve goals
  • Apply expert knowledge in quality assurance testing and AML/KYC regulations
  • Possess minimum 5 years of AML/KYC Compliance, Audit, or Operations management experience
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions effectively
