Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients through online sources, databases, and social media.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce our services.
• Assist in generating qualified leads and building a strong sales pipeline.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the business development team for market research and competitor analysis.
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to drive conversions.

Requirements

• Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and lead generation.
• Comfortable with cold calling and client interactions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
