Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Trainee located in Agra. The Inside Sales Trainee will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and promoting products or services. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, understanding client needs, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication, follow-up on inquiries, and collaboration with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to understand and articulate product knowledge effectively
• Sales-driven, proactive, and ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Agra
