Inside Sales Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through strategic outreach.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle till deal closure.
Conduct client demos and present value-driven solutions.
Maintain accurate CRM data and sales reports.
Lead and monitor performance of the sales team.
Train team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Track market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with product and marketing teams for alignment.
