As a Customer Sales Executive at Teach Maven, your role involves guiding learners through enrollment and subscription processes, addressing objections, and providing clear information to build trust. You will also be responsible for upselling and cross-selling additional courses or learning solutions. It will be your duty to track daily call volumes, conversions, and pipeline progress, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience after sales closure. Your valuable feedback based on customer insights will contribute to the product/marketing team's strategies. Moreover, maintaining strong post-sales relationships to drive renewals and referrals is essential.
