Job Description

  • Responsible for proactively generating high-quality leads through data mining, cold calling, B2B LinkedIn outreach and social selling to schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

  • Conduct data mining to identify decision-makers (no field visits).
  • Manage lead funnel and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Update CRM diligently with all lead and meeting information. Track performance metrics: meetings booked, response rates and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine their approach.
  • Monitor industry trends and develop strategic targeting.
  • Proficient in lead generation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Expertise in calling and outreach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, result-driven, and proactive.
