Your role as a customer support executive at Teach Maven involves guiding learners through enrollment and subscription processes, addressing objections, and providing clear information to build trust. You will also be responsible for upselling and cross-selling additional courses or learning solutions. It is crucial to track daily call volumes, conversions, and pipeline progress to ensure effective performance. After sales closure, you will ensure a smooth onboarding experience and provide feedback to the product/marketing team based on customer insights. Building and maintaining strong post-sales relationships to drive renewals and referrals are also key responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills to effectively guide and address customer queries. - Sales experience and the ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services. - Proficiency in tracking and analyzing data to monitor performance and make informed decisions.
