Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune, for an Inside Sales Team Lead. The Inside Sales Team Lead will manage cold calling, lead generation, oversee customer service, and drive inside sales activities. Responsibilities include managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and ensuring sales targets are met.

Qualifications

• Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Customer Service
• Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership for 4 to 7 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and drive team performance
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
