Role Overview

Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Own

    Tele Sales (Inbound, Outbound & Chat)

    for customer acquisition & retention.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a growing sales team.
  • Coach team on product knowledge & sales pitch.
  • Solve customer concerns and clearly communicate Noa’s benefits.
  • Achieve monthly revenue & acquisition targets.
