D2C Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Create Content (On-Camera)

• Shoot short-form videos (reels, ads, explainers, demos) — you must appear on camera for these

Social Media Execution

• Manage and maintain the content calendar for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms

Influencer Coordination

• Help find, onboard, and coordinate with influencers and micro-creators

Content Creation

• Scripts, Email campaigns or coordination with Editing for sales & retention campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media, or a strong personal creator portfolio
• Must be confident and natural on camera — speaking, explaining, demonstrating
• Ability to coordinate with editors, designers, and influencers to get work done
• Self-driven, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks
