Role Summary:

Responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, supporting the sales funnel through follow-ups, ensuring timely registration and closure of customer complaints, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver efficient customer service and smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers for support, follow-ups, and service coordination.
Track daily sales leads, follow-ups, and field team updates through continuous telephonic coordination.
Register, monitor, and ensure timely closure of customer complaints as per defined SOPs.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (minimum 90%) through effective communication and resolution.
Manage customer queries via calls, emails, and chats, including escalation handling.
Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports on calls, complaints, TAT, CSAT, and closures.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Logistics, and Factory teams for smooth processing of orders and service requests.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers on order status, service visits, and complaint resolution.
Participate in weekly reviews to highlight recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

Skills & Experience

1-2 years of experience in tele calling, customer support, inside sales, or coordination roles.
Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills.
Strong follow-up, multitasking, and documentation abilities.
Working knowledge of CRM or ticketing systems preferred.
Experience in healthcare or medical devices industry will be an added advantage.

Education

Bachelors degree required
