Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and responding to inbound sales inquiries, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, demonstrating product value, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction and updating CRM systems.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of EdTech industry is a plus
