Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential target clients (ICP) using online platforms and databases.
• Run

  Email and WhatsApp campaigns

  to reach out to prospects and pitch our services.
• Understand client needs and align RankMotive’s offerings accordingly.
• Schedule meetings/calls between prospects and our business team using tools like Calendly, HubSpot, or similar.
• Maintain and update lead records accurately in the

  CRM system

  for effective follow-up.
• Achieve monthly outreach and conversion goals.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and business development teams for smooth lead handover.

Requirements

• Minimum

  0.6+ years

  of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
• Strong

  English communication skills

  (both verbal and written).
• Knowledge of

  email & WhatsApp automation tools

  , lead databases, and CRM platforms.
• Ability to

  research industry-specific ICPs

  and segment target audiences effectively.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with achieving measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with

  marketing agencies or digital marketing services

  is a plus.
