We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialist who understands business growth, loves research, and knows how to connect with the right decision-makers. The ideal candidate will identify and reach out to potential clients through email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels, nurturing them into qualified leads for our marketing and SEO services. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential target clients (ICP) using online platforms and databases. Run Email and WhatsApp campaigns to reach out to prospects and pitch our services. Understand client needs and align RankMotive’s offerings accordingly. Schedule meetings/calls between prospects and our business team using tools like Calendly, HubSpot, or similar. Maintain and update lead records accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up. Achieve monthly outreach and conversion goals. Collaborate closely with the marketing and business development teams for smooth lead handover. Requirements Minimum 0.6+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development. Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written). Knowledge of email & WhatsApp automation tools , lead databases, and CRM platforms. Ability to research industry-specific ICPs and segment target audiences effectively. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with achieving measurable outcomes. Familiarity with marketing agencies or digital marketing services is a plus.
