Inside Sales Specialist - Middle East

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING IN A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE:

·        A positive problem-solving attitude.

·        Excellent communication, presentation and team-building skills.

·        A person who is inquisitive and comfortable asking questions to get clarity.

·        Technical knowledge and inclination would be preferred. Expertise is not a must.

·        Strong Internet research skills.

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Inside Sales or presales process, handling inbound and outbound calls with targets.

·        Excellent communication & reporting skills

·        Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

·        Making outbound calls to potential customers.

·        Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest for products/service offerings.

·        Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

·        Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in CRM, producing regular activity reports.

·        Qualify all sales leads, routing the opportunities to the appropriate Practice heads/Sales Manager for further development and closure.

·        Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.

·        Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.

·        Analyse and prepare reports.
