Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inside sales activities including lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing potential clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations virtually and occasionally in-person.
  • Engage in client meetings to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with external sales teams and internal departments for smooth execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in hardware, manufacturing, and IoT solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 57 years in Inside Sales, preferably in hardware and manufacturing industry.
  • Strong background in product demonstration, client presentations, and client management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical products effectively to clients.
  • Familiarity with IT sales processes and CRM tools.
  • Education: Graduate in Engineering / Business or related field (preferred).
