Senior Python Developer (Backend)

As a Senior Python Developer (Backend) in this role, your main objectives will include delivering working software according to specifications, providing clarity on the progress of development work, assisting team members by sharing knowledge and coaching, and suggesting process improvements with regard to team collaboration. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a similar field, along with at least 5 years of development experience with Python programming. You should also have experience in setting up CI/CD workflows, drafting solution architecture, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Your expertise and experience should include understanding applications architecture built on AWS, Python, React/MongoDB technological stack, proven Python skills with modules such as Flask and FastAPI, building high-load applications in AWS Cloud in micro-service architecture, and developing commercial software in the financial domain. Additionally, you should be proficient in working with legacy code, MongoDB or other NoSQL skills, creating and automating testing (pytest), using containers (Docker), Linux-based development environments, Github, CI/CD, and the Atlassian stack (JIRA/Confluence). Experience in integration with ERP, CRM, SAP, building financial systems, and knowledge of enterprise economics would be advantageous. Key processes that you will be involved in include working in a Scrum/Agile manner, practicing TDD/BDD, and utilizing CI/CD methodologies.,
