Job Description

The company is seeking an enthusiastic Outreach Specialist to play a key role in driving sales growth. As an Outreach Specialist, your responsibilities will include generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating with potential clients, and closing deals either over the phone or through on-site visits in North India. It is essential for the successful candidate to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present products and services, address customer inquiries, and handle complaints. The main objective of this role is to attract new customers, foster business development, and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Contact potential or existing customers to introduce and promote products or services - Utilize various channels, including cold calling, to identify and pursue sales opportunities - Address basic customer queries and determine their needs by asking relevant questions - Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate pricing and successfully close deals - Update and manage customer information in the CRM system - Process orders accurately and maintain an organized sales pipeline - Handle customer grievances professionally to uphold the company's reputation - Document call details, visits, and sales-related information for reference - Identify the target customer base and tailor interactions to drive product engagement - Cultivate positive client relationships to drive business growth and ensure subscription renewals Required Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English - Ability to engage and build relationships with individuals and organizations - Effective persuasion skills and a proactive approach to seizing sales opportunities - Capability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation - Proficiency in using the internet and telephone as communication tools - Patience and adeptness in handling customer negotiations tactfully - Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Necessary Resources: - Personal laptop and smartphone required for work purposes Working Schedule: - 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday Additional Information: - Signing a 1-year bond is mandatory - Immediate joiners preferred - A 10-day unpaid training period will be provided Desired Skills: - Proficiency in CRM software - Strong communication abilities - Sales pipeline management expertise - Building and nurturing customer relationships,
