Technical Support Engineer

To excel in this position, you should possess a good blend of client-facing skills and technical aptitude, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in SQL and database management, the ability to lead workshops and training sessions, prepare effective PowerPoint presentations, and work efficiently within deadlines.
