Inside Sales Specialist

The Inside Sales Specialist - Software Sales position at our Electronic City Phase 2 office in Bangalore involves a key role in generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth. With 2-6 years of experience in inside sales, particularly in IT services or software sales, you will be responsible for various tasks including cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and establishing new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking. You will engage with potential clients to comprehend their business needs and propose suitable IT/software solutions. Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the offerings to prospective customers will also be a part of your role. Maintaining a robust sales pipeline by following up on leads, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to devise effective strategies for lead conversion, and handling objections and negotiations to successfully close sales are crucial aspects of this position. It is also essential to keep the CRM updated with precise client and sales data for effective tracking and management. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive compensation package ranging from 3 LPA to 7.5 LPA. The working days are Monday to Friday with day shifts. Additionally, benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses are part of the package. The work location is in-person at our Electronic City Phase 2 office in Bangalore.
