Inside Sales Specialist

This dual-role position involves both strategic marketing initiatives and result-driven sales

execution. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to brand building, campaign

management, content development, and digital engagement, while also achieving sales and

franchise expansion targets through direct and indirect client interactions.

1. ​Marketing Strategy Development

○ Develop and propose effective marketing strategies aimed at enhancing

brand awareness, visibility, and business growth.

○ Coordinate with sales and design teams to align marketing activities with

business goals.

2. Content Creation and Campaigns

○ Create and curate marketing content for brochures, social media,

presentations, email campaigns, and internal communications.

○ Assist in launching and managing marketing campaigns, product promotions,

and outreach events.

○ Act as a Video Presenter for digital marketing content — including product

showcases, brand videos, training clips, and promotional materials for

platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

3. Branding and Positioning

○ Monitor market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for brand repositioning.

○ Conduct competitor analysis and suggest improvements for marketing

effectiveness.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
