Post / Designation Manager – Exhibition Sales (Exhibitor Acquisition & Retention) 📌 Core Responsibilities New Acquisition Identify and onboard new brands across industries for franchise events. Pitch event value proposition, negotiate, and close exhibitor deals. Build a sales pipeline via cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and networking. Recurring / Renewal Sales Maintain strong relations with past exhibitors. Ensure retention and repeat participation across multiple cities/events. Upsell premium stalls, sponsorships, or branding opportunities. Market & Database: Research franchise brands, investors, and emerging sectors. Maintain updated CRM/database for follow-ups and conversions. Event Coordination Liaise with the operations/marketing team for exhibitor requirements. Ensure smooth handover of signed-up clients to event execution team. 📌 Skill Set to Include Sales & Negotiation Skills – ability to close deals with decision-makers. B2B Sales / Corporate Sales Experience – preferably in exhibitions, events, or franchising. Strong Communication & Presentation – English & regional languages are a plus. Networking Abilities – ability to build relationships with CXOs and founders. Persistence & Target Orientation – driven to achieve acquisition & renewal targets. Database Handling & CRM – experience in Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools. Industry Knowledge – awareness of franchising, retail, F&B, education, healthcare sectors. Adaptability – comfortable with travel across event cities (if required).
