Job Description You will be responsible for driving sales of the company's products or services through inside sales techniques. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals over the phone or through online communication channels. Key Responsibilities - Identify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers through cold calling, emails, and other lead generation techniques. - Nurture relationships with existing customers to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of the company's offerings to customers. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns. Qualifications Required - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
