Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in New Delhi. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, reaching out to prospects, nurturing relationships, and closing sales. The role requires maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, as well as collaborating with the technical team to ensure clients' needs are met efficiently.
