About UAVGarage: UAVGarage Private Limited is a drone company involved in selling, distributing, manufacturing, servicing, renting, leasing, repairing, maintaining, operating, etc. of unmanned or remotely controlled vehicles, more commonly known as drones, robotics, RPAS, UAV, UGV, etc.

The organization was established in 2021 by a group of enthusiastic individuals who believes in problem- solving and making the world a better place. The company is based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our market share in the drone components industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.

Job Designation/Title: Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote UAVGarage’s services and offerings.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

• Follow up with leads to convert them into successful sales.

• Maintain and update the customer database accurately.

• Provide excellent customer service during and after the sales process.

• Report daily/weekly call and conversion metrics to the supervisor.

• Identify and target potential customers in the drone industry, such as manufacturers, retailers, and hobbyists.

• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and product promotion.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from any stream or equivalent. 

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Tele caller, preferably in the drone components industry or a related field.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional language(s).

• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
