Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in tendering, sales, or business development, ideally in the defense or PSU sectors. Familiarity with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and defense procurement processes. Strong understanding of tendering protocols, bid submission requirements, and compliance standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and tender submission software/tools. Attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
