Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing team in a fast-paced B2B telecom environment. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads through various channels, engaging with potential customers to understand their requirements, collaborating with the field sales team for seamless lead transitions, participating in sales meetings and training sessions, and assisting in the preparation of sales reports and proposals. We are looking for MBA/BBA students or fresh graduates who are keen on developing their career in sales and business development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with a basic understanding of MS Office tools. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial, and any prior experience in sales or telecalling would be advantageous.
