Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for daily tasks such as lead generation, customer service, customer satisfaction, account management, and inside sales activities. The role demands proactive engagement with potential and existing clients to identify and fulfill their technology needs, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, and managing client accounts efficiently.
