Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Mohali district. The primary responsibilities include generating sales by identifying leads, managing customer accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role involves cultivating strong client relationships, providing outstanding customer service, and assisting with account management tasks. It requires effective communication, follow-up with potential clients, and collaboration with the sales team to achieve business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
